Online Job Application

Online job application is the new trend nowadays for companies especially on technology-involved companies. They use this because it is more accessible and not too hassle for the applicants and for the HR’s of course. This is the easiest way of job application since you don’t have to go to the company; you just have to search them through the internet, find out if they are hiring more people, and just fill up the form on their sites. All you have to do is to wait for their response if you qualify for the position you are applying. This is how easy online job application is, BUT…can you rely on online job application?


I have tried so many online job application sites but most of it don’t respond or seems like they don’t care about the applicants. They don’t send any emails telling you that you are not qualified for the position or any emails for some job position recommendation. Tried some and they responded but I just can’t waste my time going in their companies that are hundreds of kilometers away and not even sure if I qualify for that certain position or not. These companies seems like they don’t care about applicants that are just around there location.

This is why in some ways I don’t trust and rely on online job application. Its better going directly to the companies and apply, or try the Job fairs. Just don’t mind the hassles because it is always a part of it, even in online job applications there are still hassle but not as hassles if you go to the companies or job fairs.

But!...It’s still good to try on online job applications too, maybe you have your luck today and might get hired. Don’t stick into something that online job application is not reliable anymore, there are just some.
