I've been searching over the web for a converter that will convert my favorite videos from youtube, music, and other media files to a format compatible to my player and phone. I found a few but it only converts to a few formats, so I need to download another converter again to convert files to whatever format that I need.
I found this amazing converter from xilisoft that converts any media to any format that I need. Format for players like iPod, even on phones, dvd's and flash for internet.
